Why people settle in foreign?

In my life, I saw many people having dream to go NASA, want CEO of google even my friend want to settle in foreign. Just look Sundar Pichai he is well reputed CEO but what he is doing for india where he born.

Why people want to settled in foreign: Many parents tell to their kids when you get chance settled in foreign for better life, because parents have stereotype that in foreign we get good facilities and good life.

Generally we are living in that society were people thought if you visited foreign country then you visited heaven. Parent's of settled person suggest their friends, relatives and all to send their kids foreign for good life.

Effect on country: India losses many jems like Sundar pichai, because of this many other countries built multi millionaire company but not india. People who have talent settled in foreign for good payment and for luxuries life.

What we can do to stop this: By promoting this type of idea (to settle in foreign) we are doing substandard thing. Firstly, start talking with your relatives, family members to stop promoting this type of thing and give reply to those who were thinking like this.

What we can do to promoting new Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg: Most probably youth wasting time on social media by following actor and actress suggest them good channel, creative channel, tell them how he/she can be enterpreneur in future or what they want to be.
